DO NOT RENT FROM DELSHAH. Have been battling for the return of my security deposit for months. During my tenancy, maintenance jobs were half-fulfilled and never finished. Horrible experience.

Ardi , Ari , Raymond , Delshah … never responsive . Will care less about if u have heat or electricity. Me and my roomates never got our deposits back after they broke an agreement of our lease . DONT TRUST THIS PLACE.

Do not ever rent from this management company, they are absolutely horrible people and disrespectful when trying to re-rent the apartment. Completely did not abide by the open house hours we agreed upon and did not follow Covid protocols when having strangers in my apartment. Additionally, had packages stolen and told me it wasn't their problem and would not even check the security footage "if any was even available". Seriously look at all of the reviews of this horrible company and do not rent from them.

every review is true. this is the worst management company ever. we’ve gone through multiple property managers and they’re all terrible. we don’t have a super because he literally does not answer his phone or respond to any requests. Ardi the newest property manager could care less about any complaints made and also hardly ever responds.

No response. Heat for 6 days since 10/1. Building is currently without heat and hot water since yesterday. No super and maintenance is off on Sundays (sounds like they are off everyday!) They are a nightmare as far as management companies go!
