While I appreciate the effort put into resolving the issue, it appears that certain protocols and procedures regarding the security of my unit were not followed accordingly. I. In general, it is standard practice for the repairman to demonstrate the proper functioning of the repaired item to the tenant before leaving. However, in this instance, Son Nguyen neglected to perform the essential repair verification process and failed to notify the tenant. II. In terms of security, Son Nguyen returned to my unit approximately 15-20 minutes after the completion of the repair and left my unit unlocked, using their spare key left outside. The management and maintenance at Delmas Park are organized and on time with each unit needs.

Avoid this place at all costs. Crap apartments in the ghetto. Low class, shady "tenants" loiter by the front door.
