Delmar Loop Apartments

I recently moved into the Delmar Loop Apartments and was thoroughly guided through the application process by the property manager, Dianielle. She answered all my questions before I even asked them, and she was incredibly kind, helpful, and caring. I truly appreciate how she explained everything to me and my partner. My experience was amazing!

Had a wonderful experience touring this community today. Riley showed us around was absolutely amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all of our questions. She made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free. Truly one of the best touring experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Prospective renter. I recently toured these apartments and they appear to be amongst the best if you're looking to move in the CWE/Delmar area at an affordable rate. The immediate area is nice, the apartments have high ceilings, the building itself is CLEAN, and Riley in the office is super nice and helpful

BEWARE OF THIS COMPLEX!!! I have rented various apartments in multiple states over 10+ years and had zero issues until I lived at Delmar Loop Apartments. What I thought would be another pleasant living experience while returning to my hometown quickly turned into a nightmare after the first few months of settling in. The apartment was not properly cleaned prior to moving in and repairs to paint on the walls still needed to be completed. It took various submissions to have any maintenance ticket properly worked since management would close the ticket without resolving the issue. My living room AC unit constantly leaked causing damage to my furniture and rug. Maintenance’s solution was to let the unit continue to leak until it was sagging into my living room due to the extensive water damag
