We recently finished about 850 sq’ in our basement as a playroom for our grandkids. We met with dellCor Contracting to review the scope of our project so an estimate could be provided. We required drywall, recessed lights, a closet, full bathroom with shower and LVP throughout. We felt the quote was reasonable and enjoyed working with Cordell and Tony. Communication was timely and both pre and final inspections for all trades passed on the first time. Their crew was very professional, efficient and did an excellent job. We are very happy we used dellCor and they are now doing a deck extension, stairs and screes for our daughter. I will use them again should I have projects in the future.
