Del Webb North Myrtle Beach by Del Webb- 55+ Retirement Community

Todd - was friendly and very informative! My mom was looking at the community. He answered all of her questions which were several pages long. He never rushed her and was very patient. Del Webb has all the amenities, and lots of different floor plans with lots of different options. Outdoor pool, weight room, ballroom, and much much more. The activities coordinator was very passionate and full of energy. The Beach is only a mile and a half away very accessible with a golf cart.

I don't live here, but I have worked in this neighborhood several times for a few various companies. None the less, layout/ roadmap of neighborhood is very simple to navigate.... so easy to get lost for a second in some of the larger neighborhoods. Design of homes are attractive and still fairly large for 1 story houses. Very tasteful community & sales building with model homes directly across the street. The homeowners within Del Webb are always friendly and kind as well.

What an awesome place to live. The Amenities are great and the community is quiet, who knew we were actually in North Myrtle Beach, it's quiet here. There are many different styles of homes to choose from.
