Da’Monique was absolutely amazing throughout my entire lease at Del Rio. From the very beginning to the final steps, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making the experience smooth and stress-free. Any time I had a question or needed help, she was quick to respond and always took the time to explain things clearly. It’s rare to find someone so consistent, patient, and reliable. Del Rio is lucky to have her, and I’m grateful for all the support she provided during my time there.

I have lived at Del Rio for two years now, and it is a beautiful, safe, and organized place to reside. The maintenance team is exceptional; they are consistently quick to respond and very knowledgeable. I would also like to highlight my experience with the front office, specifically Dominique. She is kind, extremely proficient, and always makes me feel heard and well-supported. I highly recommend this community to anyone considering moving here.

I’ve been living here for about 6 years now and it’s been a great experience overall. Recently my apartment had some water damage from upstairs, and the management handled it super well. They offered to move me to a new unit right away, covered the moving costs, didn’t charge any fees, and kept my rent the same. Everyone in the Resident Services office was really helpful. Special thanks to Alana for guiding me through the moving process, she made everything smooth and stress-free. Katie from the Environmental Team was also great and helped make sure everything was handled properly. Additionally, big thanks to the on-site maintenance team. All of my requests over these years have always been handled quickly and reliably. They even came out on a Sunday one time to replace a faulty beeping

Robert, is the best maintenance person that I have ever experienced in this apartment complex. He was quick and efficient on helping me replace my blinds that had sun damage. He was super knowledgeable and was an expert being able to answer any questions I may have. Thank you again Robert!!! You’re the best!!

I really like living here, And really it’s the staff that makes this place so pleasant. The maintenance team is great. Jorge came by today and took care of everything. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and all my questions were answered, and then Shanice and Dominique & Alana at the front desk are super amazing my kids love them. Kat and Kyle are also great to work with . I have nothing but good things to say about this place . I love living here .
