Del Pine Terrace

Not sure why people are giving this place horrible reviews. Amy is a delight. She is very helpful with our concerns and is very friendly. Sure, Del Pine Terrace is not in Rosedale, but the location is very convenient for shopping. We had a problem with the heater when winter started, and the management team was very cordial in getting our heater repaired. Our neighbors are also great. Some are friendly, some keep to themselves, and we are all very quiet during the night hours. The pool is very well maintained. Gardening workers come once every two weeks to trim the bushes and clear any debris. And bug inspectors spray the foundations every two weeks as well. I've heard of one neighbor getting stuff from their car robbed, but I'm not sure if it was his fault for leaving his car unlocked or

If we could add more stars we would. We have lived in the property for a little more than two years now and everything has been great. The manager, Myka, is very nice and attentive, she always makes time for tenants. The property is nice and quiet. Mistly everyone keeps to themselves but people watch out for one another. The apartments are spacious and very clean. There is maintenance on site which makes it very easy if you ever need a repair. There is a laundry facility on site as well with many washers and driers to accommodate all the residents. There is plenty of visitor parking. And there is security driving by throughout the night. It is nicely located close to pharmacies and grocery stores! Great place to live for a very nice price.

I've been here over a year and have had no problems. The manager is great. The property is kept clean and pleasant. The apartments have a nice floor plans and private stairway is a nice feature. Everyone keeps to themselves and there are never any noise complaints or parties after hours. You get one assigned parking and some of the apartments have it right at the front door (which is really nice when you have groceries).Overall really happy with my apartment. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice quite community.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this apartment rental, and I feel compelled to share my negative review, primarily due to the manager, Amy, and her complete lack of integrity and honesty. I initially rented this apartment on a month-to-month basis and informed Amy of my intention to transfer to a smaller unit to reduce my expenses. She assured me that the only deduction from my deposit would be for cleaning purposes. However, when it came time to receive my deposit back, her promises turned out to be empty words. Amy inexplicably charged me for various hidden expenses that were never clearly communicated. It was as though she was actively searching for reasons to nickel and dime me. For instance, she claimed there was a "dark spot" on the wall, which, in reality, did not

Multiple plants were stolen off my front porch, so the security service that you're paying for doesn't do anything. Management will keep your security deposit. I was charged with the cost for a brand-new refrigerator when they found a small dent in the perfectly functional fridge when I moved out. They also charged me for cleaning even though I had deep cleaned before moving out. They also ignored repair requests for broken outdoor lamps that were posing a safety hazard.
