Dave and his entire crew of subcontractors did an amazing job replacing our crumbling foundation. The process is so stressful but he managed to make it seamless and relatively stress free. Dave is honest, responsive to concerns, knowledgeable, and couldn't recommend him enough. He and his crew also installed a new roof at the end of our foundation replacement. They did a fantastic job.

Have worked with DEL Home Improvement for many years so it was an easy choice when making the decision to use Dave and his fine team of craftsmen for replacing my crumbling foundation. They make the process very stress from handling the paperwork, prep work around house, progress reports during construction and return home dates. Highly recommend this crew for getting it done right.

Dave and his crew were great (big thanks to Brent too). Quality and timely service with a touch of personal care is what we got. Dave worked with us through material delays and some cold temperatures to get the project done. Dave is a great communicator day to day. Both he and his crew were very friendly and respectful of the yard and the rest of our property. Our project covered roof, sidding, windows and insulation improvements, Dave even helped us coordinate with other trades to keep things running smoothly and on time. Very glad to have found one company that could do all facets of the project.

Dave replaced several windows for me and I cannot say enough about him and his crew. They were on time, neat, polite and professional. I love the windows and DEL Home Improvement so much, they are hired to replace my siding as well. Highly recommended!

We had one piece of siding come off near the peak of our roof. Dave came out right away and completed the repair the same day. He was responsive, fair and professional. I appreciate that he was so responsive on what was probably a small job for him!
