Cornfield Apartments

I've been living here for ~3 years and I can't recommend it enough. I moved here because I was in a rush to find an affordable apartment near my new workplace. I figured I would move to a larger city/town after my initial lease was up... but it's honestly too good here to leave. - Rent payments are easy. - It's pet-friendly. - The tenants are respectful and kind. - They do an incredible job landscaping, taking care of snow, and responding to maintenance requests. - Lease renewal is simple and lease terms are variable. - They communicate clearly and often. - There's a basketball court, pickle ball court, dog park, and a nice little trail. - It's within walking distance of some soccer fields, a longer walking trail, and several businesses (including YMCA) - There's lots of parking. - W/D ho

I officially moved in a week ago and I love my new place! Beautiful, clean, and spacious townhomes in a quiet area. They are quick with the snow cleanup, communicate well with residents through emails, and my neighbors were kind enough to help me shovel my car out after a snowstorm. Jennifer made the touring/application process smooth and I’m happy to be a new member of this community.

We have had the absolute pleasure of living here at Cornfield Apartments for the last 12 years. 1. The management team is friendly, professional, and have always been willing to assist with any concerns we have had. 2. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive and quick to address any issues that may arise. (Even after hours). 3. The complex is situated in a quiet, peaceful part of town set back well away from the main road. 4. The parking lot is well lit at night with reserved parking, and additional spaces for visitors. 5. Each apartment has its own private basement with W/D hookup and plenty of additional storage. 6. There is also a Gazebo, picnic area, tennis court and dog park. 7. Cornfield apartments is an amazing place to live! Kathy and Liz are wonderful property managers. They are extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. I’ve been renting here for 6 years and have never been happier! All of the staff treat you like family, the grounds are well kept and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live.

I have lived at this location for almost five years and I must say it’s certainly the best complex I’ve lived in since moving to Connecticut. The rental office staff on-site, Kathy and Liz, are always friendly and communicates back as soon as possible if there are any issues. The maintenance team is equally as friendly and fixes any issues that may arise. The grounds are well-kept and I enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. The fellow tenants are also very friendly especially when I go for a walk around the complex, either to the tennis court on site, near the dog park, and/or through a nice walking path near the back of the complex.
