Del Coronado Apartments

Fabulous apartment complex! Everything is neat, clean, conveniently located from shops/restaurants, close to WashU medical school and hospitals. The front desk and lease staff is excellent, super friendly and prompt in their responses. The building is well maintained, clean with proper amenities. The apartments are well designed, nice furnishings, great appliances and renovated.

I have lived at DelCo for 4 years and can confidently say this is the best apartment complex I’ve lived in! The apartments are quite spacious with great storage space, and they are quite affordable for the area. The gym was renovated last year and is great with both cardio equipment and weights for almost any workout. The lounge is a good spot to work and hang out too. However, the best part is the management. Kris is an outstanding building manager who really cares about tenants. Her husband David is equally fabulous and brightens the environment with his enthusiasm and humor. Reagan has been a more recent and similarly outstanding addition to the team, going above and beyond to make DelCo feel like home. Alexis is always so friendly at the desk. I'm thrilled to share my experience at Del Coronado Apartments – truly the best place I've ever lived! From the moment I moved in, I felt right at home thanks to the wonderful staff and impeccable maintenance team who go above and beyond to keep everything in top shape. The amenities here are outstanding, even have free on-site Starbucks for early mornings. The community and environment in general is warm and welcoming, with regular events that bring residents together and create a real sense of family. Location-wise, Del Coronado is perfectly situated in CWE, convenient especially for those working at Barnes Jewish Hospital as well as close to Forest Park. Del Coronado has been a wonderful place to reside that combines convenience, community, and comfort and would highly recommend!

Wow what a great location and a cool building… Right on the corner of Euclid and West Pine … when you walk in you Immediately feel so welcomed, the on-site manager Kris is so easy-going and easy to talk with. I definitely refer my friends to the Del Coronado.

Moved in beginning of February and the apartments have a ton of natural light and a lot of closet space. The public spaces are maintained and cleaned regularly and everyone I dealt with from the leasing office to the front desk is super pleasant to work with. When I had my showing, Nick was amazing. He was able to show me a range of apartments and was super knowledgeable and helped. He also helped with the application process all the way through. I would recommend you take a look at this place if you’re looking for an apartment.
