Josh and crew were outstanding with the fast sale of my house. During a stressful time in my life. He did everything he stated he would do. Needs to work on his business inside communication a bit and maybe make a pamphlet on how the process works to make it easier for people like me that had not sold a house in 30 years. Don't let that bother you he is much better than the national companies and will get you more cash.
