I was so thankful to have Christopher Johnson with Laurel Ridge Realty in Uniontown as my parents agent when selling their house in Uniontown. It was a 'one of kind' acreage and without Chris's outstanding knowledge of not only the market but about the gas easements and property boundaries - the sale would not have gone as smooth and flawless. Our realtor was Billie Jo Yahaniak. She was such a God-send through this whole selling process. We recently had to put my father in a nursing home and sell my parents home (our childhood home in which they raised 6 children). It was a very emotional process and then my father passed away before we could get the process started which meant we had to act quickly because our mom couldn't tend to the large house on her own (at 80 years old.)
