It took me about two years to write this review I’ve lived here for two years. I love it. There are certain things that I do not like. It’s rent controlled you can’t get the price of this place anywhere in the state. Jamie is very accommodating to those that keep the place right. They do give a lot of ten day notices to cure and it’s jarring for people who need the home for a place to live. I don’t have kids but if I did I’d be very anxious leaving them here alone. There are more drugs here than a city street corner. I’m talking HARD drugs, which I don’t get why they make smoking weed a huge deal. But in two years I have gotten three ten day notices to cure one for cleanliness which was necessary. One for weed which everyone got (unnecessary) I feel. And one for putting the garbage in the

Babyyyyy! I can write a whole biography about this complex! It looks like a nice and safe place when you google search right? It's NOT!!! Don't you dare lose your job and fall behind in your rent these people are quick to send you to court and they love bringing up unknown charges from your account and expect you to pay them within 14 days. If you DON'T that's a automatic eviction! GOD BLESSSS that judge in town of wallkill court he's so understanding and compassionate with tenants! He gives you chances, I'm sure if the judge was ruthless like these people at Deerfield Commons they'll love it! But he's NOT! That's why I said GOD BLESS HIM! Don’t let this place fool you when I first seen it I was like oh my god it’s so beautiful looks nice a nice place to live it is not .. RUN !! find something else . The walls is thin you can literally hear your neighbors breathe . There noise all time of the night people slamming doors people fighting YELLING just RATCHET .. I had neighbors below me for 2 years and it sounded like she was on top of me you hear her and her boyfriends fighting every night her kid stomping jumping on walls acting insane that’s how thin the walls is somebody live below you sounds like there above you . You will get notices about everything you do even if you don’t do it they will still give you notices . They come and check your apartment whether your home or not at least 8-10 times a year just being NOSEY! You

Even though this apartment complex is advertised as non-smoking, feel free to smoke whatever you want and how much you want because the rule is not enforced here. The hallways smell like weed and people smoke cigarettes in their apartments making your apartment stink of cigarettes as well. Property management could not care less. There is also an active drug situation going on here. Multiple tenants are selling whatever you’re looking for. This place might be somewhat new, but it’s David Moore Heights 2.0

Some people from the outside think this place is so wonderful as the buildings are newer. For anyone who lives here it just feels like a blessing and a curse .From what I know 4 PEOPLE have DIED here in the past YEAR and a HALF!!! This place is miserable,depressing, and feels like a combination of jail and concentration camp.Were all just waiting to see who’s going to die or be evicted next. We just had a 15 year old girl Apt 60 who supposedly hopped out the window 3 days ago, landed on her head and died. Many tenants have seen this dead girl on the floor outside building 4.A 60 year old woman had dropped dead above another tenants head a few months ago. A 3 year old boy last June was murdered to death in Apt 82. Another tenant in building 12 last year was getting bullied and beat. Had le
