Deer Hill Apartments

Deer Hill is an affordable, safe, and quiet apartment complex. Staff is very attentive and helpful! The apartment I moved into had (what seemed to be) brand new carpeting. All maintenance issues were fixed in a timely manner. Shared laundry spaces are kept clean, the pool is amazing, and utilities are split very fairly. You will not regret renting here!

Get ready for the cochroaches they will around all times of the year. 15ft piled high trash infront of the dumpster that they leave sit for days everyone gets to look at and smell as they drive out of the complex. And if you get a micro dent on your car they will tag and TOW your vehicle. Meanwhile they can figure out how to put a doorknob on the office door. And when you do your laundry and use your washer get ready for your living space to smell like a NEWYORK SEWER for the remainder of the day.... I wouldn't live here if it was FREE

Deer Hill maintenance fixed the problem with my shower quickly, so I'm very happy! This is a great apartment community- all my neighbors are friendly, yet quiet and respectful.

I was living there for 1.5 years. In the beginning it seemed like a nice place, but everything changed when we started seeing cockroaches in our kitchen, living room and sometimes in the bedroom. They would even come out from the outlets in the bedroom. I cannot even describe how many time we requested a pest control and they would indeed come sometimes and spray. The problem was never fixed and they accused us of bringing the cockroaches into the house from the grocery bags. At some point they did not believe and requested multiple times from us to bring them sandwich bags with dead cockroaches in it. Situation was out of control for almost a year until we moved out.

Been here for a year now and still happy with my decision. The cost per square foot is the best in the area for the quality, and the property is well-maintained. Maintenance has been incredibly responsive—both of my past two requests were handled in less than 24 hours, which is faster than anywhere I’ve seen. Maintenance team is always out and taking care of any issues which is good to see. A couple of things to note: Energy costs are a bit higher than I expected during extreme weather, which might be related to the windows needing an upgrade. That being said, the windows are double-paned with intact screens which is a nice touch you don’t always find. Overall, from my experience, it has been a great value and a good place to live.
