Deer Haven

My partner and I moved cross-country in March of 2025 for career purposes. We took over the lease of a tenant that was also moving for career purposes. The process of applying, approval, and taking over the lease was incredibly easy and management was helpful despite having to do it completely virtually. Once that initial lease was over, the process of resigning was just as easy. The apartment was clean and spacious on arrival and it’s been a great location for our life changes. We have 2 dogs and they both enjoy the apartment space, cleanliness, and overall location. Deer Haven has been a great place to live thus far and I’m glad to have found it!

Just moved into these apartments, the staff was amazing, got me into my apartment without much trouble. Very wonderful experience and my neighbor is amazing. I got nothing but great things to say and looking forward to having my place set up now that I’m moved in

Modern, well managed apartment complex. Best location. Very friendly, supportive staff (and they have the cutest, friendliest office cat!). The move in process went smoothly. Nice and quiet neighborhood, I’ve been enjoying living here!
