I live about 4 hours away from the house that I soldm, but she filled that void by being there everystep of the way. My niece and nephew was living in the house at the time, and they loved her. Her wealth of knowlede of North Florida is key. She's been in that area her entire life, so very few will be able to provide the history and the pulse of the market.
