Decatur Pines Senior Apartments

Very nice place to live very clean.Management is very nice maintenance.There on the ball whenever you need something done.They're right on it.I would highly recommend this place

I have lived in these apartments for bout 8 years and I can honestly say the changes that have been made around the complex as well as Management have been for the better. I feel more safe and secure and like they actually care about how we live and take care of ourselves. Lovely neighborhood and yes a Grocery store right across the street doesn't get any easier than that.

North Decatur Pines has no waiting list or process in place. You literally have to call every week and leave a voicemail in which nobody never return your call to provide a status. I have literally been calling seeking availability for 5 months and I physically been there twice just to get a response. It has to be a better process in place. I honestly believe they select who they want in the apartments.

No one in the office ever returns your telephone calls and if you're lucky enough to get someone to answer the phone, they are the rudest, in personable people you would ever want to talk to, I could understand if I was mean, demanding and entitled but I wasn't. Told me that I was on the list, it was over a year, but would never tell me where I was on the list. The next time I called, again after several attempts I finally got someone again, apparently it was the same snobbish, didn't care attitude, what was I doing bothering her, woman, when I asked her once again where I was on the list, she told me, "we don't have a list, it's first come, first serve!" I've been waiting for over a year waiting and waiting for a phone call, just to be told this! I don't know who to call or write to, to

Never been there but their messages clearly states don't leave a message . They don't return phone calls I did have questions so I won't waste my time.
