Do not use. Guy was so rude when I called about getting an appraisal on Manufactured Home. Guy Hung up on me said we don't do Manufactured Homes.Their website specifically says they appraise Manufactured Homes. Audio of how rude he was can be found on my YouTube Channel. ColdSteel Tree Removal. Steer clear of this place. Update 2 years later.. Took this guy 2 years to respond to my review. That tells you everything you need to know about how this guy operates. There was 1 conversation. You hung up on me. The house I wanted appraised was in your area. If you took the time to talk, instead of being a prick you would have known that. Have fun on your going out of business sale!
