This company offered a house for rent. I applied, offered $200 over asking price for rent. I was told 12 days later the landlord was going in a different direction. I applied on June 2 for a July 1 move in, so I told my landlord about my potential move, and he gave me a good review for the property management company. I had to check in with them every other day to find out if there was movement/progress. They told me the lack of communication was because the owner is overseas. I’m not sure why that matters, we all have email. They said the weekend ate into processing time, but houses accept purchase offers all the time, it felt like the rental didn’t mean anything to them. I do not recommend this company.

Marlon was the best. He helped with any and everything we needed and did it all while making us laugh and be stress-free the whole time. I would highly recommend anyone in the market that is buying or selling to use Marlon, you wont regret it.

refuse to let me fill out an application to a property prior to seeing it solely because we received housing vouchers. Extremely discriminatory and also illegal.

Don’t let the grey floors and white walls fool you like they did me. I originally had a two year lease but i had to take them to court to get out of it.
