Extremely Unprofessional Be Cautious Before Applying Our experience with this apartment complex has been frustrating from the start. Communication is practically nonexistent. There’s no physical leasing office to visit, and every time we called, it went straight to voicemail. Emails are rarely answered, and when they are, it’s after a long delay with little to no helpful information. We ended up getting approved at a different place and decided to withdraw our application which should’ve been straightforward. We understood the application fee was nonrefundable, but the $350 holding fee is supposed to be refundable. Instead, we were told we couldn’t get our money back because they hadn’t processed an approval or denial yet. That makes no sense. We never moved in, never signed a lease, and

I applied to this complex back in January after seeing a sign that said they're leasing. I paid the app fee and deposit. After submitting the app, I got an email saying the an apartment would be available early May. I called to follow up multiple times, left voicemails and noone ever returned my call or reached out to me. May comes and still nothing. So I tried calling again to get a refund of my deposit, again ITS BASICALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THESE PEOPLE. This apartment complex also doesn't have an office so you can't just pop up to speak with someone in person. I get an email on July 28 saying my application was canceled because they couldn't contact me. LIES!!!!!! No one ever contacted me by phone or email and it's way past early May. First I wanna thank Amina who is the property manager at this community, she was so helpful , professional, and very open on all the matters I needed, provided excellent service and communication, which is a big deal for me when it comes down to moving into a new home! Also her assistant Erica is very nice and helpful as well! I appreciate all that you have provided for me and my family ! We need more ppl like these ladies ! Thank you 🙏🏽

Im editing my post to add on the best thing about Dean Woods Pl is the maintenance worker Jonathan I give him 5 stars. He is always working hard and does his best for the residents here. Even under staffed you see him running all over making sure each need of the resident is met as much as they allow him with him working a lot of times by himself. My AC broke for the 3rd time and he quickly tried to fix it and it’s still broken but he did his best. Patient relation department if you can speak to corporate as I had no AC since Friday. I did have Maintanence guy check AC unit on Friday late night and he told me he will be back in morning with a temporary AC for window until AC unit is fixed sadly he lied. Saturday and today no one has called or came over with temporary AC unit for window and
