Dean Terrace Apartments

I've been living at this property for around 2 and a half years, and have loved it. I fell in love with the gorgeous wood floors and arched openings, the tile work in the bathroom, and the overall aesthetic of a late art deco 1930s Minneapolis brownstone. In the time I've been here the property has always been well maintained, the courtyard being a great spot to enjoy a summer afternoon. It's been wonderful living here, the friendly and responsive management team is quick to respond to questions and maintenance requests; the biggest issue I've encountered was a slightly leaky faucet and they were quick to replace it within a few days. From the vibes to the management team, I highly recommend living at Dean Terrace if you find yourself looking for a new apartment

Got to tour with this property with Travis a few days ago. Super impressed with how friendly and helpful he was with answering all my questions. Definitely found my new home! Perfect location and incredible layout. Can't wait to host friends and show off on move in day! Highly recommended!

Great spot, well maintenanced apartment. Management is quick with replies and help. Excellent place to live.
