My husband and I had a great experience with Steve Cooper as our agent. I'm glad he took over my previous agent's (not from Dean Aguilar) work. I started looking for a house in Sept and we're on a crunch time to move by mid December. The previous agent was very slow to respond to messages, lack communication, and took time in putting our offer to the house that we liked, so we missed out on these 2 houses (already pending and under contract). I called Zillow and messaged Zillow to give a different agent who is very responsive and quick, so Zillow redirected my call to Steve Cooper. To make this long story short, this guy is very very very responsive, trustworthy, helpful, communicates well, explains the process very well, who gives updates on anything even on the weekend, and very reliable

I worked with Afroditi recently when searching for my first condo. She was great to work with, easy to get a hold of, and a real go-getter when it came to finding properties that met my criteria. I appreciated that she didn't try to push properties that I wasn't interested in and listened to my feedback as we view units. Finally all moved into my new place and loving it (until my first mortgage payment comes up of course). Would recommend to any first time buyers!
