Superb mgt company, they have lots of properties in different areas,they have good managers well as good maintenance team

I've lived in 7 buildings over the last 15 years I can honestly say this is the worst management company I've ever dealt with (and I had to sue a different one for my deposit). Moving into a building people should always research who they would rent from and if DeMiranda, and especially Brian are involved, find another place to live. I had no choice as they took over a building I already occupied. Shortly after they took over the property the pool was left without maintenance and went from green to black. Live here if you wanna feel like you’re homeless but with a roof over your head. Lives here for a little over 6 years now and what a joke. It’s so sad to see property management that completely disregards its residents or their well-being. Good luck getting anything fixed in these very old and worn units. Roaches? ✅ mold? ✅ non caring manager? ✅ noisy? ✅ Don’t take my word for it…here’s a look at their laundry unit that they have not maintained in years!!!

We moved up here 11 months ago after living in Texas all our lives. A new job opportunity had given us 2 weeks to move. As difficult as it was to find an apartment cross-country, having two very large dogs made the move impossible. That is, until we lucked out by finding De Miranda Management. Not only did they accept dogs, but their property is the only thing comparable to the huge apartments we had in Texas that was reasonably affordable. Brian worked with us to get us moved in, including getting us the key after hours on a weekend. Our move wouldn't have been possible otherwise. Worst property management company I’ve dealt with in the past decade I’ve been living on my own. Everything is peachy until you sign the lease. After that, they treat you like you don’t even matter. Your heater’s broken, your bathroom doesn’t have hot water? Tough luck, you’re on your own now! They don’t let you sublease your unit or even help find somebody to take over the lease so you’re stuck. Property managers are supposed to serve their tenants with issues related to the property but these guys won’t even work with you.
