Dawson Manor Residence (YAI)

My brother has lived at Dawson Manor 2 (the residence on the 2nd floor of Dawson Manor). The building is nice, though I do not believe it is safe in the event of a fire. It is located on a fairly quiet block, just next door to a church. The quality of service there for residence appears to depend on who the individuals on duty are at any given moment. Most of the residents are elderly, and intellectual disability appears to range from moderate to severe in most cases, but they are mostly a peaceful bunch of folks. It is common to find them gathered in a common living room during the day, watching the TV, with staff on their cell phones or watching TV with them.
