Dawson Apartments

I’ve lived at Dawson Apartments for about 3 years now and have really enjoyed my experience here. The property has been going through some great changes, and I’m especially excited about the upcoming renovations and improvements. It’s nice to see the community continuing to grow and get even better. I also recently met the new property manager, Melissa, and she was so friendly and welcoming. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the residents and the future of the property. I’m really looking forward to seeing everything come together with the renovations and continuing to call Dawson home!

I’ve had a great experience living at Dawson Apartments so far! The new management company has really brought a positive change to the property, and you can already tell they’re working hard to make the community better for residents. The new property manager, Melissa, has been amazing. She’s super friendly, helpful, and really seems to care about the people who live here. It’s nice to see someone so involved and willing to help whenever you have a question or need something. I’m excited to see all the improvements and updates they have planned for the property. Overall, it’s been a great place to live!

I had a wonderful experience working with Melissa, the property manager at Dawson Apartments. She is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. From start to finish, she made everything feel smooth and stress-free, always taking the time to answer questions and follow through. It’s rare to find a property manager who is both efficient and kind, and Melissa truly stands out. The community itself is well kept, spacious, and welcoming. I highly recommend these apartments, especially because of the excellent management.

I had the opportunity to speak with Melissa today, and I’m genuinely excited about the direction things are heading. She was professional, welcoming, and clearly passionate about improving the property. With upcoming renovations planned and a new management company in place, I’m really looking forward to seeing the positive changes and enhancements around the community. It’s refreshing to see new leadership that seems committed to making meaningful improvements. Excited for what’s ahead!

I requested to view my apartment 3 days before move-in, but I was told it wasn’t possible due to ongoing maintenance. I honestly don’t know what maintenance they were doing, because it didn’t look like anything was fixed. When I finally saw the unit before I was going to sign the lease and pay my move in fee, I discovered that it was in terrible condition. The front door wasn’t fully sealed, the garage light didn’t work, blinds were bent, washer/dryer were dirty, the bathtub was rusty, the list goes on. The front desk was also unresponsive to calls and emails, which should have been my cue to look elsewhere. I found another complex that actually cares about the presentation of their units, and you should too. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else.
