ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! Applied for an apartment a month ago and was told they’re still waiting on a background check. No apartment background check takes that long and they are still racking in the money from who knows how many other applications. I can only imagine how awful they would actually living in their property.

Very poor communication! Had to constantly call to be updated on application status and got a complete run around. Applied two weeks ago and had something on my report that had not cleared. Was told by office staff that once I was denied until proof was submitted a week ago. I promptly submitted proof and had not heard from them since. Checked in today to be told I was denied and that it was an automatic denial a week ago when that is not what was originally said. Asked to speak to management and office staff ensured they would be in touch. Roommate called and asked what was going on as they had not bothered to reach out to her, then asked when management would contact us and office staff member simply did not respond. This property manager is unprofessional with an outrageous lack of app

I have been a tenant of Dawkin's Properties for over 15 years. That should say it all right there, but I'll add that this is in fact a great company to rent from.

Never and Don't waste your time renting there management is very poor parking space is a big issue with vandalism in cars hygiene outside is another big problem just go look for somewhere else to rent would not recommend
