Davis Ranch by Pulte Homes

Cynthia!💥💥 is truly one of a kind. She makes this neighborhood truly feel like a community. Not only does she bend over backward for her residents, but her professionalism, etiquette, and customer service skills are unmatched. She makes the Pulte brand a luxurious experience.

The neighborhood is nice. The people are good. The homes built by Pulte were not done well. It is clear from my experience and from talking to my neighbors that the homes built for us were not built under proper supervision. Part of my home is still unfinished. When I asked Pulte, they said sometimes the area in question gets finished, sometimes it doesn't. Regional management knows but doesn't care. They just want to close the deal, let their fixers handle the long term complaints, and get back to selling undercooked homes to good people. If you consider buying a Pulte home in Davis Ranch, don't trust the builder at all. Double check everything, and check in on the build often. Buyer beware. Working with sales, Ana Gonzales, was a good experience. She wasn’t pushy and was accommodating even with our last minute request to add a realtor to our contract. Communication with the construction team could have been better. Delays were expected and we were told that upfront but unexpected issues were told to us once with choppy follow through. Since moving into the home, which is beautiful!, warranty has been a nightmare. 3 weeks in and we can finally use our master bath and we had to constantly drive that request to ensure follow up visits were being scheduled and executed or even just to get updates. I am still waiting on carpet replacement after the shower backed up and flooded the bedroom and waiting on cabinet repair that was promised to us at the final walkthrough before closing

I had a wonder experience working with Karla Sanchez. She kept me up to date as to what was going on with the build. I was very pleased with her from the first moment we met and she continues to be nothing but awsome. Thank you. The final walk through ensured me that I will be in this home for a long time.

Update: It has been one year in my home and the experience for me has been a wonderful one. I want thank Cynthia for all her doings. If I had an issue or problem, service on my home was quick and efficient and well done. November 7th 2024 made one year.. Thank You!!!
