Davis at the Square

The Davis At The Square Apartments has a great staff, great amenities on site, and great location by the downtown McKinney square with all of its great events, attractions and businesses. I’ve lived there twice totaling about 3 years and would again. J.R.

My mother is renting a studio and the staff has been great. From the 1st day we toured a unit we were greeted with a warm welcome. Jacqueline went out of her way to make my Mom feel feel comfortable and to get adjusted to the area since she just moved in from out of state. The residents are very friendly. It's just been a couple of months now but so far it has been a great experience. A lot of resident activities, nice gym, and great location: walking distance to many shops, restaurants. Ample parking in the parking garage allows residents to park at the same level as the apartment.

The Davis is honestly one of my favorite apartments I’ve ever lived in! The leasing team has been so kind (especially Jacquelyn, who is always so thoughtful and helpful) and the maintenance crew is amazing and always on top of things. They’ve really made my time here such a joy. The only thing that’s ever been a little tricky is the parking garage during the Saturday morning farmers market and other festivals. With all the downtown visitors, it can get a bit busy, and sometimes people don’t realize the third floor is for residents only. Every now and then you might get stuck while cars are trying to turn around, but it’s just part of being in such a lively spot! Overall, I’ve LOVED living here. This was my first time ever getting an apartment. I needed a place for my girlfriend and me while she was receiving treatment and consultation for a medical condition called Chemical Intolerance. Initially, I wasn’t sure how things would work once she moved back, since apartment living can involve exposure to all kinds of smells and chemicals. I absolutely love living in this community! The amenities are unbelievable and the leasing staff is wonderful. As a Ft Worth native, I was honestly nervous about my move, but the location in Downtown McMinney is nothing short of amazing! A special thank you to Taylor for all of her help during my move. I will be calling this community home for many years to come.
