I’ve been living at DaVinci Apartments in Davis for a while now, and it’s honestly been such a great experience. When I was first touring I felt comfortable, and heard. The apartments have a peaceful vibe. Jessica is one of the best managers I have experienced, truly amazing. Anytime I’ve had a concern or even just a quick question, she’s always been kind, helpful, and on top of things. You can tell she really cares about us as residents. It’s rare to feel like someone is genuinely looking out for you when it comes to apartment living, but that’s exactly how I feel here. The location is perfect close enough to campus and downtown, but still tucked away in a quiet area. The amenities are great, the maintenance team is responsive, and overall, it’s just a place where I feel taken care of.

Really comfortable and safe space to live. The property manager Jessica does a great job keeping the complex clean and constantly finding ways to improve the space. Maintenance here is prompt and does good quality work. Ive never had a problem in the 3 years I've been here, all of my needs are addressed swiftly. Great experience since being here.

I’ve lived here for 4 years and had a wonderful experience. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Jessica the manager is AMAZING, always helpful, friendly, and goes above and beyond. Maintenance is fast and reliable, and I’ve never had any issues. Highly recommend these apartments!

Hello wanred to post a review on yelp but deside to do it here instead do to some of the review posts I read . exscuse my grammer " 7th grade education" Jesicca was great she held our apt for us longer than she could have though we had a difficult time acquiring the rather high deposit which was little higher than we exspected do to our "laps in rental histery" She got us in Jessica is easy to work with. As in any UC Davis or any college town apt complex there will be noizy students from what we have exsperinced here the noize level has been minimal.althogh we have not yet experianced finals lol.We have met several of our neighbor so far great people very diverse.
