Mariclaire is a wonderful person and realtor to work with! She was so helpful from start to finish throughout our entire process of buying our home. We moved from out of state and were very confident in her judgement when we weren't able to view a house/neighborhood in person. She's great with communication and "knows a guy" for every service we needed for our house. We highly recommend her!

The worst and the most disrespectful realtor I have ever come across. We were trying to rent a house from it and he demanded deposits before a formal lease or even a tour / meeting. However, we liked the house and expressed interest. We had a few concerns about the lease that he eventually sent and we discussed clarifying some of the points. He added some of it and resent us a lease. When we asked if we are able to take a look at the house and make a note of all the pre-existing damages so that we are not charged for it, he replies " I am sorry we can't come to an agreement" and "please do not contact me again." He is extremely rude, unprofessional and in my opinion, likely a fraud since he is hesitant to write what he says in a formal lease. Definitely DO NOT recommend him to anyone.

My wife and I had a phenomenal experience with Mr. Ingram. He is very knowledgeable and patiently walked us through the home buying process. We were able to get a wonderful house that suited our needs and fit our budget. You will be in good hands!

Demands money upfront. Resistant to answering questions. Conducts in bad faith. Extremely rude. Would give zero star if possible.
