Ben found us some great properties that checked all of our boxes, ensured that all of the documents were prepared quickly and correctly and had our deal signed and closed in 30 days. The support we had from the brokers at DHR helped the process remain smooth, so smooth that I kept waiting for the shoe to drop but it never did. We had an amazing experience with Tammy Breisacher! She kept us on track through the entire home buying process. She was available any time we had a question, even texting me back while she was at a concert. I can't recommend her enough she is knowledgeable and able to explain the process and what to expect.
