Phil Hicks is the most rude and disrespectful person I have ever ran across in 30 years in business. I am looking at buying a million dollar property and had several questions for him and it took 2 weeks for him to respond to any correspondence. When he finally did, he couldn't answer any of my questions because he has to many properties listed to know anything about them. This guy is a complete joke!! I wonder if his clients know how he is representing their properties???? Stay far away from this company if you want to sell your property....

Was referred to them by a broker I’ve dealt with after purchasing a home to have them help me with a commercial property. I called and introduced myself to Zander and was told to text him because he was driving. I texted him and never got an acknowledgment that he received my text until I texted him a couple days later. Texted him some properties to check out and again i never received a response. I just found out that the properties I inquired through the ads online a couple weeks ago are from David Hicks and Lampert as well and are still not responded to. Not a single email, phone call, or text to follow up. Landlords, If they are representing your property I’d advise you take it elsewhere or if you’re planning on doing business with them, think twice.

Robin Nicholson is the must rude person She’s not the nicest person when it comes to asking questions she will tell you your stupid and doesn’t have time one for stupid questions. Stay away from this company.
