Excellent service and they resolved the problem super fast, I'm more than grateful!

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with the management and maintenance at this apartment complex. The building is old and poorly maintained, with numerous issues including bugs, cockroaches, and unpleasant odors. There is no air conditioning in the stairways, and the garage is extremely narrow with a bad smell. Overall, the living conditions are far below expectations. I would strongly advise potential renters to look elsewhere.

Warning, AVOID this company and their apartments at all costs. I lived in these apartments for a year, and let me share my experience. I do NOT leave bad reviews often, and I hate doing so, but after this company scammed me out of $1,005, there isn't much else I could do. 1. I was lied to on the phone and convinced to sign a document for vacating, and that I would not be charged for May so long as I moved out by the end of April. I rushed to get moved out by then but then autopay still charged me for May. I asked for a refund and after days and days of beint dodged, redirected, etc, I was finally refused for the reason of the contract I signed. 2. I recevied little tp no help whatsoever from maintenance, and no response for 10 days even in the event of an emergency. In the peak of summer,

Update: I didn't notice it was a Google review. Allow me to expand. I've lived at Davern Park Apartments for almost 18 years. Before covid I paid rent at the corporate office and Peggy always greeted me with a smile and remembered my name. It's always a pleasure when I get a chance to speak with Micheal and hearing about updates they have planned for the coming future. I've read the reviews about mice and cockroaches but never had a problem. In older apartments roaches can be a problem but I keep a clean place and when and if I find one they'll be lonely and hungry before I squish it. Submitting a maintenance report for a drippy faucet, the occasional roach or a running toilet is very easy in the residential portal on their website. In my case it gets addressed in a timely manner.
