I was very impressed by both the quality of his plan as well as the execution. We followed his plan with the house receiving multiple offers on the first day followed by multiple additional offers the second day. We sold the house for considerably over the list price (and over the competing houses on the market) - which I attribute to Dave's marketing. Fantastic job.
