Sea of Love is a Wonderful House on Dauphin Island, Al !! Very well stocked & equipped . Great appliances. Terrific Views. Nice wide open beach without crowds. Perfect location. Secure gated community. Lovely porch swing overlooking the Gulf. Big bedrooms with walkout sliders onto deck. Great mattresses & pillows! Enough parking for 4 cars on solid ground. New Boardwalk connects to a newly completed Beach Restoration Project. Breath taking views. Good fishing from beach. Met the house owner, he was very friendly, nice & informative. We will be returning to this house in a few months for another week in paradise ❤️❤️

⭐ 1 star We stayed at a Vacasa rental at 2109 Cadillac Ave in Dauphin Island, AL, july of 2025 and it was a complete nightmare. Bed bugs were found in all six beds—even the ones not yet used. Five adults confirmed it, and we had photo/video proof and bites. Vacasa’s response was completely unprofessional: • No help relocating us • A staff member showed up and denied the issue despite clear evidence • Three reps promised calls that never came • The local manager, “John,” was rude and eventually banned us from Vacasa via text, saying we’d receive nothing We had to stabilize wobbly bunk beds ourselves for our kids’ safety. We were left to deal with the entire mess on our own, during a trip we had paid over $2,000 for. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid Vacasa at all costs.

We stayed at Dauphin Island Beach Club condo, 201a, for a girls only family trip. My first responses was it needed lots of updating and replacing of toilet seat fixtures and rusted hanging rack and shower head in bathroom. It was dirty. There was cracker, Nutra Grain bars and Slim Jim paper wrappers and crumbs in the rattan dresser, on window sill, on the bunk bed steps and imbedded in rattan night stand. The floors were so dirty we went to wipe up ice we spilled and towel was black. Sheets smelled like bleach but comforters and throw pillows were dingy. I had bites on my legs that I thought was from beach. The last night We were there my niece called me in the master bedroom to see the comforter on the king size bed we had shared the previous two nights and as clear as day on inside of c

Stayed in one of their houses this past week for 3 nights Cute little house has potential if maintenance were done and house gets cleaned and painted (looks run down from curb) also house is for sale, can’t believe any agent would allow a listing in this shape The cleaning charge I paid for this rental is a joke since every dish in kitchen is filthy, oily, nasty. Coffee pot was disgusting as well so after first morning we decided not to cook since I won’t be cleaning their kitchen before & after I use it Ppl have used all the kitchen stuff and not cleaned it befor putting it away (sad since we were provided dish soap for dish washer) Deck railing is not safe ( rotted & loose), shower leaks water from under the raised floor, deck has chipped and pealing paint, driveway concrete needs re

We were unable to park in carport due to trash and old construction materials. The waters pipes “ screamed” when turned on. At the end of carport, raw sewage bubbled up. Front porch light didn’t work. The internet didn’t work, the repair man wasn’t able to come until we had been there 3 days of a 4 day stay. Ceiling fan didn’t work upstairs. No lights in queen bedroom, and blind for king bathroom. In the king bedroom headboards was off the wall and laying on floor. We tried to make the best of the situation. But the raw sewage was the worst.
