I left a review on ACPs website,but since it is less than a 5 star I'm doubtful that it will be shown,so I will gladly share here. The home we stayed in was a 5 star for sure, beautiful location! Our problem was with the rental agency. We made a few trips to the rental office during our stay over storm questions and concerns. We were treated in such an unfriendly manner by the office staff, like we were a bother. We expected to be greeted with kindness and shown some appreciation for doing business with the rental company, but nope, that was not the way they treated us. We will be back to this beautiful island, but we will use another rental agency.

I will never stay with ACP again. The check-in process is outdated and unnecessarily time-consuming. Stopping at their office to get “keys” aka a code that easily could have been included in the many emails sent. Not to mention, the property was unlocked upon arrival. I was never informed about the shattered sliding glass door at the property, which is a major safety hazard. The house also had mold on the ceiling, and overall conditions were far below standard. I didn’t hear from ACP’s office until I had just one day left in my stay. When Russell finally reached out, he blamed Airbnb for not communicating to me about the broken door and claimed the mold in the bathroom was just mildew. The lack of accountability and professionalism was unbelievable.

Stayed at Dauphin Island Beach club with a large group of people. The condo was exactly what we needed, beach front access, and a pool right off the balcony.

Perfect! This is a beautiful, perfectly equipped home! We could sit on the deck and watch the kids on the beach. After sunset, there were small crabs scuttling along digging holes by the water. We have 3 grown sons and 2 grandkids ages 7 & 8. The setup was exactly what we needed. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Salty Kisses. Definitely recommended!

They are nice people, but they will rent vacation garbage just the same. Pictures and videos are from Paradise Palms #74 beach rental. The rental also lacks window treatments, outdoor furniture, has broken and uncomfortable furniture, lacks adequate exits in case of emergencies, and is very very unstable as the walls cracked during a storm while there. If you like the feel of sleeping on a ship consider this rental. If you don't mind picking up garbage, nails, boards, plastic, pieces of siding,etc you'll enjoy the view 20 feet from the water in this overpriced lipsticked trap.
