Dara Heights Apartments

I was a tenant there from 2015 until 2020 and they just now in 2025 trying to say I owe them rent money and I was a bad tenant if I owed rent money why not say something while I am still living there don't wait until I move or 5 or 6 years later if I was that bad of a tenant then didn't I get evicted I am not the first ex tenant they have done this to they did it to my mother and former neighbors of mine they need all new management Annette and Greg need to be fired they do not run dara or Pauli heights apts right at all slum lords dara heights and Pauli heights apts both of them

I'm just a out spoken person so here goes... If you like living around a bunch of druggies and watch alot of drug dealing going on then I say this would be the place for you but if not then I wouldn't even recommend it to no one.. I believe the children and our elders should be able to feel safe living at a place but like I said I'm just a out spoken person...

Very unkempt, poor management and service. Most if the apartments are full of roaches, black mold and flooding from upstairs apartments into apartments underneath. I would not recommend these apartments for anyone, its a danger to all who are living in them. The apartments should condemned or new management to rectify the issue.

Wasn't that bad on the outside inside was nice. How ever the people weren't to friendly

It was ok little kids running around had to watch they were in the road
