Worst company ever. Keep raising rent but won't fix what is wrong. Don't rent from this company.

The guys that removed my old wobbly deck, and built a brand spanking new deck were wonderful!!!...They did a fantastic job, and were really friendly.

Absolute scam. Called about a house, put in applications, then they just ghosted me. Nice little racket you got scamming app fees off of people. From the looks of some of the other reviews you're better at doing that than actually taking care of your rental properties. I guess that $100 you stole from me was well worth the bullet I dodged not doing business with you.

Completed an application and then never heard from them. Then got a text saying my application expired. I've gotten approved for 3 other places. They literally stole our money! So happy we don't have to deal with them! I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.

I recommend not to rent to own or lease to own with them. It's unsafe/ unhabitable living conditions. There is a lot of structural issues, mold in multiple places in the house, trailer kitchen cabinet ceiling of the roof cave in. The floors and walls are separating. Some of the floors through out the trailer has water damage. Rat and cockroach infestation. My kids and I are on disability and have health issues. I'm pissed 😡
