Slum lord worst management company there is Faria Management. I live at the Todd A. Lee Senior Residences. After 5 months my heating/ AC unit is still inoperable it's 85 degrees or higher in my apartment at this moment. I have emailed Dantes Partners Buwa Binitie the owner and still no action. According to Ms.Cessia Barker he is aware of the situation. Then he knows it's against the law for residents especially senior citizens to be without working AC. Maybe putting this company on blast publicly will help nothing else has worked.

I live in North Hills. I have lived here for almost 10 years before they became North Hills, since Ferria Management has taken over. There has been one issue after another. These people never answer their phones. They don’t respond to emails. They delete your work schedules as if you never requested Any work to be done. I’ve needed a carpet for almost 2 years. I have put in written request. Email request personal request telephone request. Two weeks ago I was given a date that my carpet would be replaced. I sat here and I waited for them to come. No one showed up when I went to the office on Monday. They told me some cockamamie bull about the contractors work had to be stopped I don’t know why they never called me. I live in DC at square 50 and this management company is the worst. They are unprofessional and unreliable. The community manager is not licensed as she should be check consumer protection records! She is never in the office. The regional manager is useless and the maintenance man is weird and enters your unit without permission even when you specifically ask him not to. If the place was not so cheap I would definitely have moved long ago. I guess you get what you pay for!

I disliked my experience at this company. I am still being abused by proxy due to the fact that I live in one of their buildings.I have to get an attorney. This company is so morally unethical.

I am living with a sewage backup. No one will answer. Its such a bad company.
