There are not enough stars to give this man the credit he deserves. I was fortunate enough to meet Dan and his two pups at a local dog park about a year ago, and we have been working with him ever since. He has put in countless hours to generate thorough property reports (which he translates very well!) and schedule private tours for 26 different homes. On several occasions, he even urged us not to make an offer if the home was poorly maintained, or seemed like a "bad deal". Dan is professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the entire home buying process. Although we have not purchased a home just yet, I have no doubt that Dan has our best interest at heart and will help us find the right place.

My family is from Canada. To Canadian, buying a house in US is a little tricky. However, Dan helped us explored all opportinities from buying a new home, a resale home and even build my own home. When a house was meeting our criteria, Dan was activiely working with the other agent to secure the transaction in the very active market of middle 2013. During the transaction period, Dan was helping us as much as he could. With his help we moved in to the house as planned. Dan is very honest in the housing shopping, very open to all pros and cons.
