He did his due diligence which allowed me the ability to make a careful determination as to the disposition of her property. I had asked Tony Dalton to do an appraisal on a house I was planning to buy. He was professional and quick to respond. He started the paperwork, but that same week, I had an inspection done and ultimately decided not to buy the house.
