Dale Forest Apartments

Apartments are decent with settle upgrades. But if you don’t have a washer dryer and or a patio, those features will make a big difference in your search. Helpful note, Before giving them your move-in check or signing a lease, ask to see your actual apartment home!! This will save you a lot of headaches throughout your lease term. My boyfriend and I were told our apartment home would come with a washer dryer but no patio and we were OK with that. Amongst moving in, we didn’t have a washer dryer or a patio. Very disappointing. When it came to renewal time, they made NO action to make things right or to transfer us, just another rent increase (surprise surprise) There’s dog crap EVERYWHERE on the property and you don’t see anyone meaning the owners, office staff, porters or Maintenance mak

The work done was excellent! The rib and tike looks great, white and shiny. However, I was informed the technician went to the wrong apartment and when he came to mine, he just walked in, did not knock! Also, I returned home after 5 hours and still had to open my patio doors and turn on the bathroom vent for the next 24 hours. I wore a mask because the fumes were so bad. I haven't been able to use the shower for the past 2 weeks. That being said, it was really a great job done my the technician. .

When I began my application process, I made a mistake with my email address. Because of that, I wasn’t receiving any emails from the office and had no information about the apartment I had reserved. I tried calling the office several times without success, but one day Nicole called and I felt a great sense of relief. She connected me with Mr. Patrick, who helped me tremendously with everything. He always went the extra mile every time I spoke with him—he never made excuses or raised objections, and instead always maintained his professionalism. Whenever there was a problem, he had a solution. Every email I sent to Mr. Patrick was answered the same day. Receiving daily responses to all of our questions gave us a lot of confidence in him, and above all, thanks to him, it was possible for us

Edit of an old review. HEED MY WARNING. Apartments 4350,4340 and 4330. MOLD AND GREEDY OWNER. Mold issues starting out from the basement buildings to some of the apartments. Been in those apartments for a little over 2 years and it all started a year into being there. I didn’t have plants when it first started to appear or clutter as we hardly had any furniture with newly moving to Virginia. These apartments did nothing but spray some stuff which didn’t help and then claimed nothing was wrong- only bacteria. Wrong we had a mold testing kit. Later owner claimed that we were the ones creating it. Doing as what she asked which was to keep temperature between 70-72 and cleaned the “clutter” from the living room she again blamed us and said it was humid when that was the “ideal temperature” for

My experience here was great. I am looking for my next home and decided to visit Dale Forest. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received. Nicole assisted me and was so kind and knowledgable. She had an answer for all of my questions. I left feeling confident this would be a great place to live. They are definitely at the top of my list of choices.
