Do your deep dive research I did not and wish I had have I signed my contract in April 2023 and did not close till September 2025 in the end the delays ended up costing me over $ 6,000.00 which I have requested from the company with no response. Yes I have a pretty home with few issues so far. But in the end how I was treated I would not refer anyone to this company. I’m sorry but that is my truth and their previous lawsuits in Tennessee say it all!!
