Happy resident here. GL does an excellent job of building a community. Good quality house, great floor plan and great clubhouse. Lot sizes could be bigger but that’s new construction for ya.

Another overpriced community with cookie cutter style houses on top of each other. How people can live this close to each other is beyond me especially with how entitled people are these days. I wonder when builders will stop trying to cram 10 lbs of house into a 5 lb bag....???

Gated Community offering a resort style pool with sundeck & shade cabanas, plus a really nice clubhouse with state of art fitness center and indoor sports court. Active community events!

Beautiful floor plans and the homes open for visits at Tuscanny are really outstanding. My wife and I were sitting here strongly considering going out on 1/13 to pick our lot. However, since I am a Veteran, I wanted a little more information regarding the financing and whether or not GLFinance handled VA Mortgages. Unfortunately even though their finance organization does handle VA Mortgages, Dakota Delray refuses to permit folks to purchase a home using VA Financing. Obviously, the Dakota management does not think Veterans are the appropriate demographic for that community. We have crossed them off the list of interest.
