He is very personable and extremely knowledgeable on the fine details of home construction and Florida's building codes. His appraisal included high-tech drone cameras for roof evaluations and optical technics to identify manufacturer's impact resistance specifications written into windows and glass doors; in addition to measurement of roof strut size, spacing and attachment details. (Screw/bolt sizes, spacing and attachment details, etc.) I was extremely impressed by the detail of his appraisal, and so it appeared was our insurance company!
