Sonya and Todd are awesome! When a decision needed to be made from myself, Sonya was on the same page as myself 99% of the time. She was always available for questions. Sonya is very knowledgeable and if she doesn’t know the answer to a question, she will find out the answer very soon. Todd was just as knowledgeable and offered his time to answer questions as well. They are both really good people and went above and beyond everything. It seemed like I knew them for a period of time after first meeting them. Sonya also suggested a mortgage lender. We decided to use Todd and Sonya to help us search for a plot of land to build on, and sell our house after a referral from some friends. My husband and I changed our minds and decided not to build.
