They have only one house that's listed for rent and has been for over a year. No commercial properties or apartments for rent or sale. If Alma D Best is now nonprofit Alma The Lighthouse and owners are taking no salary where is all their money coming from? They live a rather lavish lifestyle. Are they at least performing maintenance for someone, because I've never seen a work crew and they had to hire gardeners at their care facilities.
