Cypress Park Estates by Park Square Homes

Shower issues from day one they leaking into the wall. The tile guy came and fixed it after 7 months, then it leaked again so the glass guy came it kept leaking. Then it was for months and then another leak same spot. They fixed it with patch work in drywall. Here we are two years in another hole in the wall mold smell mold under caulking in shower. No response. Sad part is if you look at community Facebook groups before you buy in an area EVERYONE has this issue!

Had a wonderful buying experience with Park Square Homes in Cypress Park and I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family. Our sales agent Sandra went above and beyond to help us purchase the home we wanted. We were very particular about certain features that we wanted in our home for our family. From qualifying for the loan up until moving in every one was very helpful and knowledgeable. We are truly happy with our new home.

Sandra (sales) and Luis (lender) are both unresponsive. Do not recommend this builder if you are a realtor and are looking for a good process for their buyers. Hidden builder/lender fees were ridiculous. This is why it’s important for buyers to take real estate agents to these new construction communities

I wish recognize the professionalism of Sandra Plaza, our process of owning with our constructor was excelent, Houses are great quality, I will totally recommend it and it would be an option that I will give to a client by being her or his realtor

Park Square home. We had shower issues day 1. Fixed it 3 times during warrenty Recently after 1 year warranty notice the wall bubbling and bowing ...more shower water damage. The grout the Linscott Plumbing did for Park Square ...is not waterproof. You must seal it. If you used Linscott Plumbing just know the water stays under the tile it's not waterproof. Removing the old caulk was just the beginning to start and see all the water that was being held.
