Cypress Park

I have been here coming up to four years and my time here has been great! The rent is still reasonable and the environment is quiet just like how it used to be in my hometown before it started growing. Neighbors and staff are overall friendly and willing to help you if you have any issues. My only issue is space because over time, you may want to redo your personal space or you end up getting more stuff for your apartment and the one-bedrooms for just one person don't have enough space for your stuff. Otherwise, it has been a peaceful and pleasant experience!

Cypress Park is top notch, from the moment you walk through the door Miss. Madison makes you feel right at home, with her bubbly personality and knowledge about the property. I cant wait to tell all my friends and family about the great experience. The property is also well kept and the Lake, pool, sports court and fitness center is such a great perk. 10/10 would recommend over and over.

Been living here for just over three years, the property is well taken care of, clean, uncluttered and nicely landscaped. I love my apartment with all the necessary appliances. The management and staff are helpful and the few issues I’ve had were taken care of quickly. Always willing to help the few times I’ve asked. Everything I require for daily living is usually within easy reach. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, highways, hospitals and parks. Close enough to everything and my space being respected.

The best complex I've lived in by far and also made my commute to LSU not so much of a big deal. Management and other faculty are all so kind and attentive. I'll miss this complex and its staff for sure. If there is a problem, whether it be interpersonal or with your unit, they take it seriously and deal with it as soon as they're able. The complex itself is so beautiful, containing a dock, beautiful pond, and a flock of cute ducks. I highly recommend living here.

Alana is AMAZING 😍. I was so worried that even though I called her everyday she was very patient with me she emailed me when she got information she called me to congratulated me on getting in it was a process but without her it would have been rough.
