Breta has been wonderful to work with. Very nice and friendly. Worked with us on getting into our new apartment when we had issues. Stayed extra to accommodate our needs.

I recently moved in and love it so far. Breta, the manager is amazing. She is incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. My dog absolutely loves her as well!

We have the best possible bldg manager now that Breta is here. She has been very helpful and consistent. She takes pride in the community grounds. By far the right person for this property. Additionally, we have the best bldg maintenance guy Stephen, who is training a new colleague. He knows his job and has the perfect personality for it. These are big reasons to live here.

1 this apartment has a hugh cockroach infestation problem. I emailed management multiple times and no one took any action. I was given an apartment with a BROKEN AC HVAC in the middle of summer and no shades or curtains. They added fees overcharges and late fees and charges totalling 200$ when I was about to move out.

Management is super helpful and kind. Maintenance completes repairs in a timely manner. Very thankful for our apartment manager, Breta
